Using Premium across app & web

Accessing your Premium membership in the app

It doesn’t matter where you purchase your Premium subscription — it always gives you access to all platforms, including the website and mobile apps.

As long as you’re logged into the same account, you can use the same Premium subscription everywhere

You can be logged in:

  • On the website (27crags.com), and

  • On one app (phone or tablet)
    at the same time using the same account.


Logging into multiple devices

If you try to log in to more than one app at the same time (for example, both a phone and a tablet), you’ll see this error message:

“This account is used on multiple devices.”

To log in on a new device, simply log out from the app on the previous device first.
